At SIEPLA, the acquisition of numerous complementary equipment from different suppliers allows us to integrate them into a single complete line, and thus to adapt our offer for each customer. We have available according to the request:

• High pressure compressed air compressor – air producer.
• Refrigerating dryer – removes moisture from the air.
• Vertical accumulator deposit – accumulation of air.
• Various Filters – removes impurities in the air.
• Automatic steam traps – expels water and dirt from the line.

From the SIEMENS PLC electrical panel, it is possible to control all the operation of the air circulation of the line (stop / start pressures, durations, temperatures, purges …). The PLC adapts to the air consumption of the blowing machine by adjusting compressor run times and running times while minimizing energy consumption..
