Currently, the plastics processing industry is seeking to increase the efficiency of its production equipment by improving the quality of its products and reducing its energy consumption. At SIEPLA, we are conscious and work precisely according to this objective.
At SIEPLA, we rely on this point and make every effort to incorporate it into our injection machines as with the use of a hydraulic servo-pump.
It is during the final pressure and cooling phases that it is possible to save more energy because the servomotors guarantee at different temperatures of the hydraulic oil that the machine will always have the same speeds in the cycle. The result allows stable equipment incorporating constant cycles.
Servomotor technology uses only the oil required for each movement. One of the direct benefits of this optimization is the reduction of maintenance costs, as the life of the oil, filters and hydraulic elements is prolonged. Gaskets and cylinder gaskets are other elements that experience less wear. It is also worthwhile to take into account that servomotors, compared to conventional hydraulic pumps, have the advantage of slightly heating the hydraulic oil, which leads to a reduction in water consumption and also reduces the economy of thermal energy.
