Extrusion BLOWING MACHINES (EBM) Hercules Serie

This model of machine allows to install from 1 to 2 DOUBLE 5L molds. (5-5 + 5-5), suitable for all standard materials – PE, PP, PC, PTEG, PA, ABS and PVC.
Capable of producing a wide range of small containers ranging from 0.1 liters to 1000 liters, the Hercules series machines allow high speed production, long life and excellent fuel efficiency.

In addition to machines with 1 to 2 stations, we also offer another model from 3 to 18 liters: the 3L / 2/6, capable of producing up to three liters in six cavities, ideal for small bottles of up to 0.5 liters to gain time and energy.

Please note that we also offer many options such as MOOG control which guarantees perfect lines for the final product realization when using an independent hydraulic servovalve. Furthermore, the quantity of material used is reduced and this makes it possible to optimize the production.
