Extrusion lines for thermoformed sheets

SIEPLA offers complete extrusion lines for the production of PVC thermoformed sheets from 0.1 to 2mm thick and up to 2100mm wide, in PP, PS, PET, A-PET, PE, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, SAN, PVC, HIPS, EVA, etc; Simple or multilayer.

In addition to the adjustable distance between the rollers, the servomotors allow a stable control of the speed. The temperature of each roller is controlled individually – maximum temperature 90ºC. The speed of the extruder is automatically controlled according to the pressure before the gear pump. In this way, the gear pump operates continuously without variations in material, providing a constant flow of material over the nozzle, which allows for greater stability in the thickness of the product obtained.
